I've spent the last few hours trying to install Exchange 2007 on a new site. The topology is like this: - 3 Domain Controller are on one site - W2K3-Haupt is havin all roles - All 3 DCs are GCs - All 3 Servers are Windows 2003 SP 2 - W2K3-Haupt is a x64 Standard and should receive the Exchange Installation Setup fails after the checks with the error Message that there is not at least one GC with 2003 SP1. netdiag shows the following errors: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DNS test . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Failed [FATAL] Could not open file C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\netlogon.dns for reading. Until today this domain seemed to be working woithout any problems. No DNS troubles, nothing. This is a clean Exchange installation, PrepareSchema, prepareAD and prepareDomain have been run.

I am having the same output from netdiag, except my DNS tests are successful. I have a total of 4 servers on the same subnet, pointing to same DNS server. 3 give the fatal kerberos error msg, the other does not. Only difference between the 3 and 1 is that 3 are 64 bit windows, 1 is 32...All SP2, no FW, etc

I have the same error when running 'netdiag' cmd.I am running a single server exchange server. Was working fine, then I changed my static IP address and this problem occured.
